What began last summer as my first venture into the commercial real estate market has now evolved into an official company — completely separate from Forever Home Real Estate, but with the same customer-oriented focus and tenacity my clients expect.
Like my residential real estate business, Bulldog Commercial Real Estate is an LLC/S Corp. It became an official entity after I quickly negotiated a deal involving the purchase of a building in downtown Madison to house programs overseen by a local nonprofit organization that I’ve supported for years. I also have listed for sale a building previously utilized by that nonprofit.
What does this mean for my past, current and future residential customers? It means if you are looking to lease or buy a commercial building, I can help. Because I’m now a one-stop real estate agent shop!
Both Forever Home Real Estate and Bulldog Commercial Real Estate operate in conjunction with Badger Realty in Cottage Grove, which I joined in 2022 in anticipation of expanding my scope of business. It was the right call, as I’ve learned the market from some of the best people in the local commercial real estate business.
Of course, the logo for my new company had to include one of my own bulldogs. After all, the logo for Forever Home pays homage to Gladys, my first bulldog; Bulldog’s logo features my newest bulldog, Poppy Kate (who also is pictured at the top of this post).
